Add social media
You can add social media content from Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to FirstView displays
Before adding the social media content, integrate Facebook & Instagram to the MediaCloud
Shared Facebook site or Instagram profile should be business or community profile and the user has to have right to edit that Facebook and Instagram page. Private accounts can't be added to displays
Instagram profile should also be linked to the company's Facebook page
Integration isn't required when Twitter content is added
ADDING INTEGRATION
Open user settings by clicking the user icon and your user name and select integration keys
Open Facebook by clicking fetch token
Login Facebook with your Facebook account
Select Instagram- and Facebook -accounts you want to add to displays
Accept the Facebook Terms of Service and complete the integration. The key has been added and you can close Facebook
