Add sounds and announcements

Start with plus-button and click file

Add sounds & announcements as mp3 files

Name the content clearly and set scheduling. Read more about scheduling here

The example announcement will be played on Fridays 3:45pm

Select the audio playlists

If the announcements or sound will be played only once per day, enable play once. This means that the content will be played only once until the next scheduled time

If daily scheduling isn't set, the content will be played only once at its turn on the playlist. Once the daily scheduling is set, the content will be played once every scheduled time

Click FINISH to save

Example of scheduling music in a playlist:

9am - 12pm calm & casual

at 12pm announcement

12pm - 3pm cosy cafe

at 3pm announcement

3pm - 6pm lounge music

at 6pm announcement
