2. Add conference

When all meeting rooms are added, they can be found on Conferences -tab and you can start to add bookings. 

During the meetings, you can also play other content on the display by adding a normal playlist, learn more here








The booking is now on the calendar and by clicking the booking it can be changed, copied or deleted

By default, meeting information is displayed with normal priority. If you want to play other content on the display at the same time, change the priority of the content to normal. Read more about priorities here
