Add meetings
Start with plus-button and add the meeting rooms as conference playlists
Name the playlist clearly by the meeting room ja select playlist type Conference playlist
Change the playlist size to fit the display
Landscape display = 1920 x 1080
Portrait display = 1080 x 1920
If there is meeting room display, connect the playlist to display. If the information is only going to shown on summary display and there is no physical display, leave section blank
Select zones where the playlist is shared. The playlist and the meetings can be edit in every zone the playlist is shared
Click FINISH to save and the playlist is added to zone view
2. Add conference
When all meeting rooms are added, they can be found on Conferences -tab and you can start to add bookings.
During the meetings, you can also play other content on the display by adding a normal playlist, learn more here
Select the date of the booking in the calendar or use the arrows and press the ➕ button to add a new booking
Add customer information, logo (can also be shown on summary display) and agenda, if you want show the detailed information on the meeting room display
Set booking time
Select template based on the display aspect ratio (landscape or portrait display)
By default, the booking is shown on the meeting room display one hour in advance, time can be changed or disabled from the drop-down menu
The booking is shown on summary display when Show on Summary Screen is enable
Save to complete the booking
The booking is now on the calendar and by clicking the booking it can be changed, copied or deleted
