Priorities
Priorities determine the importance order of the content. Content with higher priority will play over basic content with lower priority. High priority can be used for instance with important notices or alarms
The default priority for all content is background. The priorities can be changed from advanced settings of the content
You can also change the priority of the content in the playlist view by clicking the priority icon
Examples of using priorities and scheduling
The lunch of the day is set to be played with the normal priority, meaning the content has higher priority than other content. Lunch content is scheduled to play from 10.30am to 2pm, which means that during other times the lunch content is paused and other content is playing
From 10.30am to 2 pm other content is paused because normal priority overruns the background, which means that only the lunch content is playing. After 2pm, the lunch content will be paused and other content starts to play again
If you want to keep other content playing at lunch time, the lunch content priority should be set to background so that other content will play at the same time and the lunch content will only be played at a scheduled time
The highest priority is good to save for important information, so all other content will be paused from the display while the high priority content is playing
