Add guidance & conference summary
Start with plus-button and add summary playlist
Name the summary playlist clearly and select summary as playlist type
Select the template based on the display aspect ratio (landscape or portrait display). The template can be changed later
Connect the summary to displays where you want show the summary and guidance information. If you want to use different guidance information in the displays, add separate summary playlist to each display
Select zones where the playlist is shared. The playlist and the guidance can be edit in every zone the playlist is shared
Click FINISH to save and the playlist is added to zone view
2. Add conference & guidance information
Start adding the guidance on Conference summaries tab
During the meetings, you can also play other content on the display by adding a normal playlist, learn more here
Select summary display from he drop-down menu. In this view, the summary template can be changed
Select the meeting rooms of which you want to guide your guest with this summary display. Depending the locations of the meeting rooms, different rooms can be added to different summary displays
For each meeting room, select a guide based on the location of the summary display and meeting room
Save to complete the guidance
When bookings are added, they will automatically be shown on summary display with guidance
