Organizations & zones
MediaCloud environment can be freely built to fit different needs. Create organizations and zones and share the access rights and content as you wish.
Organization (main level):
An organization contains one or more zones and content & displays managed by the users with different access levels
Zone (lower level):
Belongs to an organization. The zones can be offices, business areas, content providers etc.
Add new and manage organizations or zones from the Organization & zones tab.
Add new organization
Add new organization, name it and click ✓ to save changes.
Organizations name can be changed or organization can be deleted by clicking ✎🗑 icons.
Note! Delete or move all content, users and zones before you can delete an organization
Add and manage zones
By clicking the organization opens a list of zones which belongs to the organization.
Add a zone, name it and choose the organization in which the zone is added. Click ✓ to save changes.
A zone can be changed or deleted by clicking ✎🗑 icons. The zone can be moved to another organization. When it is moved, all displays, content and users are moved automatically.
Adding media players to the zones
Add media player to the zone by clicking ✎ icon. Search with the media players ID and click to choose the player to the zone.
Media player can be removed from the zone by clicking X.
Click ✓ to save changes.
