Adding Canva content

1. Start by selecting Canva from the plus button

2. Name your content

3. Select the Canva Design you want, or add a new one
Note! Adding a new design template will open Canva in a new tab. Once your new design template is ready, you can select it in MediaCloud Select a Canva design.

4. Select a template from the list.
All your own and shared design templates can be found in the list. Select the design template you want.

5. Select image or video as the Canva export type

The Image option corresponds to downloading the design template, for example, as an image or PDF file. In this case, you can adjust the display time of an individual page, same way as with image collections ». Animations or effects added in Canva are not repeated in the image format.

The Video option uses the design template timings, effects, and animations defined in Canva.

Note! This selection cannot be changed later. If you want to save the Canva design in a different type, add the design as new content.

6. Edit the scheduling
By default, the content will appear on the screen as soon as it is added. More instructions on scheduling can be found here ».

7. Adjust the duration time (in seconds)
If you ate using Image format, you can adjust duration time f. In this case, each page will be displayed for the set duration time.

8. Change the priority if necessary

9. Frequent replay
The option plays the content in the playlist every other time. Without a selection, the content is displayed in its own turn.

10. Full screen
The option applies to screens divided into multiple screen areas, read more about screen areas here ».

11. Select the playlists to link the content to

12. Finally, save the content!
