You can freely build the structure of MediaCloud to suit your own organization by adding organizations and <ones, and distributing access rights and content as desired.
MediaCloud has two levels of access rights areas; organization and zones. You are free to add areas and assign different access rights and content to them.
Organization = upper level:
An organization consists of one or more zones, the content managed by the zones, the screens, and the users of the zones.
Zone = sub-level:
A sub-level within an organization. A zone can be, for example, a physical location, a business area, a content production entity, etc.
1. Open the menu and select Organizations & Zones

The list shows all organizations to which you have access.
3. Go to the organization view
The zones belonging to it are found under the organization.
4. Go to the zone view
By going to the zone view, you can see the zone's playlists and screens.
1. Add a new organization
2. Add a name and save.

4. Select the displays and media players to add to the zone
You can search for devices by ID number. Devices can also be added to the zone later.

1. Open organization settings
2. Edit organization name
You can edit the organization name by opening the edit view.
3. Delete organization
You can delete the organization.
Note! Before deleting an organization, the zones, contents and users belonging to it must be deleted or transferred to another organization.
1. Open the zone settings and edit mode
2. Change the unit name
3. Organization selection You can move the zone, all its media players, users and content to another organization.
4. Displays (media players) Add or remove media players belonging to the zone.
5. Delete zone
Note! Before deleting a zone, the content and users must be deleted or moved to another zone.
