Ready-made templates

You can filter ready-made templates by zone or template name, by screen orientation (horizontal/vertical), or choose to display MediaCloud's preset templates or only your organization's templates.

Choose the template to use according to the screen orientation, i.e. use vertical templates on vertical screens and horizontal templates on horizontal screens.

1. Name the content

2. Add text and images
Depending on the template, there are a varying number of elements; title, body texts and images.

3. Edit the scheduling
By default, the content will appear on the screen as soon as it is added. You can schedule the content to start later by selecting a time from the calendar. When you turn off the 'endless' option, you can also add an end time, at which point the content will automatically disappear from the screen. More instructions on scheduling can be found here ».

4. Adjust the duration time (in seconds)
If the content has multiple images, each image will be displayed for the set display time.

5. Change the priority if necessary

6. Frequent replay
The option plays the content in the playlist every other time. Without a selection, the content is displayed in its own turn.

7. Full screen
