Start by going to the display management via the menu.
The Displays (Media Players) table shows all displays assigned to your zones and organizations. You can filter and search for information based on, for example, device name, last connection, or network connection status.
You can download the entire list as a CSV file with the filters applied.
View display information for an individual display and edit settings by selecting a display from the list.
From the individual screen settings, you can turn on reporting, after which selected users will be notified by email of a network outage.
1. Open the display settings and editing mode
2. Enable reporting
Select the time interval (in minutes) after which the selected users will be notified by email. Finally, save and enable the changes.
Note! If the display or media player is turned off completely, it will also be interpreted as a network disconnection.
Go to user management
Select the user from the list to whom the reports will be sent
Activate editing mode and turn on email notifications
Finally, save the changes
