Start with the plus button and select a playlist
1. Name the playlist
2. Playlist size
Change the playlist size if necessary
It is recommended to choose the playlist size according to the screen size. The playlist size affects the preview in MediaCloud, but not the content displayed on the screen
Horizontal screen = 1920 x 1080
Vertical screen = 1080 x 1920
3. Timeslot
The timeslot setting limits the playback time of individual content in a playlist in one playback round. If the content does not fit within the timeslot set for the round, its playback is moved to the next round.
The timeslot setting can be used, for example, to manage advertising visibility. The setting ensures that each advertiser receives the same amount of visibility.
4. Tags
Playlists can be grouped on the main view using tags. Type a tag and press enter.
5. Connect to displays
Select the displays to which the playlist will be linked. The playlist content will update with the same settings on all screens to which the playlist is connected.
6. Select zones
The playlist will be visible in all zones it is shared with. Users can edit the playlist content within their own permissions in the zone where the playlist is located.
7. Save
Save the playlist and start adding content. Read more about adding content here ».
On the main view of each zone, you can see the playlist status: offline or online. The playlist will appear grayed out offline if at least one linked display is off, or if there is no network connection.
