Tip! Add images and videos in Full HD (resolution 1920x1080) and in the same aspect ratio as the screen (aspect ratio for landscape screens: 16:9 and for portrait screens: 9:16). This will ensure that the content is displayed correctly on the screen. See more tips here ».
Your username is your email address (for example, firstname.lastname@company.fi).
You can change your password by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of the user icon. If you have forgotten your password, order a new password from the login page.
Check that the media player is online
Check that the content you want is on in MediaCloud
It will take a few minutes for the new content to update to the screen, so please wait a moment
If necessary, reconfigure the media player's network settings. You will need a USB stick and a computer to create the configuration file. Read the instructions here ».
If necessary, you can restart the media player by unplugging the power cord.
If you don't see a preview of the content or images of templates, the login in your browser cache has expired. Log out of MediaCloud, clear your browser cache, and log back in.
Remember to log out when you stop using MediaCloud.
Check MediaCloud to make sure there is content on the screen

Check that the media player is online

Make sure the network connection is working
If it is a wireless network, try test with your phone, for example, to make sure the network is found and you can connect to it
You can verify that the LAN network and the usb modem are working by connecting an ethernet cable or usb modem to your computer
If necessary, restart the media player and check in MediaCloud whether the player has a network connection

NOTE! If the network information changes, the media player must always be reconfigured.
Check that:
the display is on and the correct input/source is selected
the display is not running a screen saver or auto-off
all cables are in good condition and connected correctly. Try a different HDMI cable and a different HDMI port
if there is a splitter or other device between the media player and the display, check that the device in between is not faulty and try connecting the media player directly to the display with a suitable cable. If possible, try a different cable (HDMI, DVI, VGA)
content has been added to the display
Check that your content is on. If the content is paused, check the scheduling settings and that the priority is the same as other content on the screen. You can change the priority by clicking directly on the icon.

All devices supplied by FirstView have a 3-year warranty. Please note that the device warranty does not cover possible maintenance and / or shipping costs.
